John Dickhaut, 84, R. R. 2,
The life-long resident of the same Posey county neighborhood and
his surviving wife had supplied three children to the service of the
Death severed marital bonds of Mr. Dickhaut
and the former Mary Wulf of 62 years.

The deceased's parents were Peter Dickhaut
and Caroline Schreiber Dickhaut.
Mr. Dickhaut was the head of four
generations.
He is survived
by his wife; eight children, Mrs. martin Heneisen, R.
R. Evansville, Mrs. Gottlieb Grabert, R. R. 1, Mt.
Vernon, Mrs. Verlin Rhoads, Rockton, Ill., Mrs Theodore Krietenstein, R. R.
3 Mt. Vernon, Miss Olivia Dickhaut, a Methodist
missionary, Chihuaha, Mexico, Mrs. Gilbert Aylesworth, French Lick, Ind., Rev. Walter Eickhaut, Zanesville, Ohio and Rev. John W. Dickhaut, Columbus Ohio; a brother, Peter Dickhaut, R. R. 2 , Mt. Vernon; a sister, Mrs. August Wulf, R. R. 2, Mt. Vernon; 17 grandchildren and 10
great-grandchildren.
