PAUL B. CLARK
Judge Paul B. Clark, 55, Indianapolis, jurist of Marion county
Superior Court and the husband of the former Harriett Green of Mt. Vernon, died
very suddenly last night at his home at 432 North Riley in the capital city.
He was fatally stricken with a heart seizure while seated at his
desk in his home.
The wife is a daughter of Mrs. Guy B. Green,
Judge Clark was serving his second term as Marion county
Superior Court jurist. He was a prominent figure in Marion county Republican
politics prior to his judicial career.
A native of
Surviving in addition to the wife, are two daughters, Mrs. Jane Heitz, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Ray Poland, at present
residing in Montgomery, Ala. where her husband an Air Force officer, is
stationed; four grandchildren, and the mother, Mrs. Odi
Clark, Indianapolis, who is ill.
The body is at Irving Hill Chapel of Shirley Brothers,
Rev. John Bergen, pastor of Wallace Avenue Presbyterian Church,
Judge Clark was a member of Wallace Avenue Presbyterian Church and
a Mason and Kiwanian.
