GLENDEN M BLANKENSHIP

Glenden M. Blankenship, 58, formerly of Poseyville, died 8 p.m. Thursday, June 24, in a mining accident near West Frankfort, Ill., where he lived.

Survivors include two sons, Richard Lee Blankenship of Cynthiana and Maurice R. Blankenship of San Diego; two brothers, Ed Blankenship of Booneville, Va., and Carl Blankenship Jr., of Newcastle, Va; four grand children.

Services were 11 a.m. Tuesday at Werry Funeral Home with burial in St. Francis cemetery.
