Benton O. Blake, 92, died at 6:00 p.m. Saturday (26 Jun 1976) at Welborn Hospital in Evansville.

Surviving are two daughters, Miss Mildred Blake of Wadesville, and Mrs. Anna Lewis of New Harmony, Ind., four sons, James and Albert, both of Indianapolis, Charles of Evansville, and Ralph of newburgh; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Werry Funeral Home in New Harmony, With burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
