FANNIE OLIVER
Mrs. Fannie Oliver Blackburn, 73, wife of Rev. Arthur C.
Blackburn, well known retired Posey county General Baptist minister, died
suddenly at her home in the Oliver community at
Death severed marital bonds that would have reached 55 years in
December.
A representative of two pioneer local families, the deceased was a
daughter of George W. Oliver and Lourana Barton

Surviving, in addition to the husband, are three daughters, Mrs.
John A. Starken, R. R. 3, Mrs. Russell Erwin, R. R. 4
and Mrs. Robert Travers, R. R. 3; three sons, Lehman Blackburn, R. R. 3, Paul
Dale Blackburn, R. R. 3, and Arthur Robert Blackburn, Evansville, Ind; seven grandchildren, and a sister, Miss Pearl Oliver,
Fort Lupton, Colo.
