Services for Knox Franklin Bevels, 49, brother of Brown Bevel, Ft. branch, were held at 2 p.m. today in Higgins Funeral Home with burial following in Wright Cemetery (Fayetteville, TN.)

Mr. Bevels, an Army career man for 18 years, died Saturday (22 Aug 1959) in Evansville (Dozier Heights, KY).  At the time of his death he was awaiting the end of a service option period and had planned to re-enlist.

He is also survived by a wife (Beulah), two sons, two daughters, and other relatives in Fayetteville.
