STRICKEN WITNESS IS KNOWN IN CITY

Ralph G. Barkley, 47, Yale, Ill, farmer, who was fatally stricken last week while testifying as a witness in Marion county Probate Court in Indianapolis, was a brother in law of Mrs. Percy D. Bartlett, Mt. Vernon.

Mrs. Barkley,nee Ruby Jones, is a sister of Mrs. Bartlett.

Barkley collapsed while testifying in a civil suit he filed in connection with the administration of the estate of his brother, Rupert M. Barkley, 56, who was killed in a traffic accident last May 31.
