EVANSVILLE - Alvin A. Baehl, 60 1210 Edgar St. died at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday (25 Aug 1981) at Evansville State Hospital.

Surviving are his wife, Elberta, three stepsons, Henry M Norton of Daylight, and Willard A and Roy Allen of Evansville; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Mariett Rae Hurt of Newburgh, Mrs. Edith Marie Burns of Midway, and Mrs. Bertha Louise Hurt of Chandler; four brothers, Roman and Merciless of Evansville, Gerald of Haubstadt, and Firman of St. Wendel, four sisters, Mrs. Elvira Hoefling of Haubstadt, Mrs. Evilda Pepper of Darmstadt, and Mrs. Irma Linda Peters of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Carolyn Hall of St. Wendel; his father, Robert Baehl of Haubstadt; 18 stepgrandchildren and two great-stepgrandchildren.

Services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Miller and Miller Colonial Chapel, the Rev. Philip Kreilein officiating, continued at 10 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
