JoAnne Chapman, 80, of New Harmony, Indiana, born November 4, 1932 to Charles Raymond and Grace (Green) Conyers in New Harmony, Indiana, died September 27, 2013 at Bethel Manor in Evansville, Indiana.

Surviving are her daughter: Pam (Roger) Wasson; two grandsons: Evan Wasson and Colin (Hannah) Wasson all of New Harmony, Indiana and a brother: Gene Conyers of Griffin, Indiana.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband: Ralph Merrill Chapman and sister: Betty DeFur.

Funeral services will be on 12:00 p.m. (noon), Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Werry Funeral Home, New Harmony, Indiana with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2013 until service time at the funeral home.
