Frances Catholyn Brown, 75, of Mt. Vernon, passed away September 2, 2013 in Evansville.

She was born August 15, 1938 to Clarence and Ruth Hogan.

Survived by friend, Michael Potter; daughters, Kayla Wilson and Mary Lou Witt; sisters, Virginia, and Pearl; brother, Dennis Hogan; nieces and nephews, Angie; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
