Betty Ann Beste, 75, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Clute, TX.

She was born on November 11, 1937 in New Harmony, IN to M.T. Winebarger and Dorothy (Lamb) Winebarger-Cox.

She enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, golfing, and spending time with family. Betty had worked for Keck’s, Dausmann’s, and DeKemper-Nix Auto Dealerships in accounting and office management.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Lee Beste; sisters, Linda Hendrix and Bonnie Dean; brothers, Forrest, Taylor, Robert Winebarger, and step brother, Tom Cox.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Danny) Coburn; sisters, Stella McIntire and Janet Gross; brother, Bill Winebarger; four grandchildren, Mike (Tina) Flener, Catie (Justin) Morgan, Jordon Coburn, Trent Coburn; two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday August 22, 2013 at Schneider Funeral Home 512 Main St. in Mt. Vernon with Rev. Matt Watson officiating and burial to follow at Bellefontaine Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the Funeral Home
