Roger L. McDonnough, age 75 of Mt. Vernon, died April 6, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital.

He was born June 24, 1937 in Harrisburg, IL the son of William and Mariam Jean (Stewart) McDonnough. 

Roger worked as a grain miller and ADM in Mt. Vernon for 32 ½ years. He was a member of the Moose and Eagles Lodges. 

He is survived by 1 son Allen (Lori) McDonnough; 2 daughters, Nancy (Greg) Wiltshire and Carrie (Jeremiah) Johnson all of Mt. Vernon; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. 

A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
