Arthur Joseph Andrews, 78, of Newark, Delaware, born to Joseph and Virginia Ruth (West) Andrews on October 7, 1934, in Jacksonville, Florida, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013, at his home in Newark, Delaware.

Surviving are his sons: Stephen (Cindy) Andrews of Lake City, Florida and W. Scott Andrews of Spring, Texas; daughters: Susan Andrews of Alachua, Florida and Sheila Andrews of Gainesville, Florida; step-daughter: Jana (Richard) Surdi; step-son: Donald (Charlotte) Hemmer; brother: James Andrews of Jacksonville, Florida and 3 grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents and wife: Sue Eileen (Gwaltney) Andrews.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Poseyville Cemetery in Poseyville, Indiana. Rev. Paul Huntsman officiating.
