Mary E. Joiner, 92, of Evansville, Indiana, born to Wayne and Ava (Page) Westfall on May 6, 1920, in Poseyville, Indiana, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

She graduated from Cynthiana High School in 1938; enjoyed traveling, sports and the Atlanta Braves. She worked at Keller Crescent in Evansville, Indiana for many years until her retirement around 1970.

Surviving are a son: Timothy Joiner of Evansville, Indiana; 3 sisters: Nelda Feagley of Evansville, Indiana, Ava Sue Fulling of Mackey, Indiana and Linda Messmer of Jasper, Indiana and a brother: Myron Westfall of Poseyville, Indiana.

Preceding her in death were her parents and 4 sisters: Alice Paul, Carolyn Wiggins, Lois VanWay and Sarah Johnson.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 25, 2013, at the Poseyville Cemetery.
