Mary E. Mounts, 94, of New Harmony, Indiana, born November 26, 1917 to Atnel and Lona (Waring) Bambei in New Harmony, Indiana, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at her residence in the Charles Ford Memorial Home.

Mary enjoyed helping others and loved the Bingo games at the Ford Home.

Mary is survived by her 2 daughters: Alice (Loren) Baker of Ulysses, Kansas and Jane (Bob) Schelhorn of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; 6 grandchildren: Brian (Heather) Baker, Teresa Baker, Carol (Dan) Stratton, Greg (Tammy) Schelhorn, Mary (Chuck) Ries and Amy (Ron) Greb; 13 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren and a sister in law: Laretta Bambei

She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband: Malcolm Mounts; brothers: Waring, Howard and John Bambei; sister: Martha Wisley Bryant; grandson: Allen Baker and a great grandson: Hunter Stratton.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Werry Funeral Home in New Harmony, Indiana, with burial in Bethsaida Cemetery.
