Dorothy J. Fox, 86, of Evansville, passed away at 7 a.m., Sunday, November 18, 2012, at home.

Dorothy was born August 30, 1926, in Mount Vernon, Ind., the daughter of Edward and Mattie (Burks) Krug.

She was a member of First Christian Church in Benton, Ill. Dorothy was a loving homemaker and mother. She enjoyed reading, gardening, puzzles and needlework.

She is survived by daughter, Louise Ann Reinhart (David), of Evansville; sons, Roger Fox (Paula), of Midlothian, Va., and Douglas Fox (Lorrie), of Evansville; brothers, Robert Krug, of Mishawaka, Ind., and Charles Krug (Penny), of South Bend, Ind.; and grandchildren, James Fox, Kenny Reinhart, Emily Fox and Andrew Fox.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Robert W. Fox in 2007; granddaughter, Katie Reinhart; sisters, Martha, Betty and Virginia; and a brother, Jack.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel - 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville. Entombment will be in Saint Joseph Catholic Mausoleum.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Tuesday at Boone Funeral Home - East Chapel.
