John F. Hanmore, 62, of Mount Vernon, died Thursday morning, Sept. 6, 2012 at his home.

He was born May 21, 1950 in Mount Vernon, the son of Everett and Beulah (Mason) Hanmore.

He is survived by one son, John E. Hanmore of Newburgh; one daughter, Beulah Hanmore of Evansville, a step-son, Mike Coburn of Newburgh; one brother, Charles Hanmore of Marion, Ill.; and 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 12 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home, located at 1330 E. Fourth St., Mount Vernon.
