This Indenture Witnesseth that George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to Wisby? Russell of Parke County in the State of Indiana for the sum of One thousand Dollars the following Real Estate in Parke County in the State of Indiana towit: the South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section Twenty (20) and the North West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Twenty nine (29) in town Seventeen (17) North of Range Seven (7) West containing Eighty acres more or less.

In Witness Whereof the said George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this first day of September A.D. 1876
