This Indenture Witnesseth That W.W. Coffin and Elizabeth Coffin his
wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to George
Wilkins of Parke County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Two hundred and
five Dollars the following Real Estate in Parke County in the State of Indiana
to wit; Commencing Sixty (60) feet East of the South East corner of Block No
five (5) in the original Town Plat of the Town of Annapolis running thence
North Sixty (60) feet Thence East two
hundred and forty (240) feet Thence
South Sixty (60) feet Thence West two
hundred and forty feet to the place of beginning.
In witness whereof the said W.W. Coffin and
Elizabeth Coffin his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 28th day
