This Indenture Witnesseth, That George
Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana,
convey and warrant to William Johnson of Parke County, in the State of Indiana
for the sum of Eight hundred dollars the following Real Estate, in Parke
County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
The North West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Nineteen (19) Township
Seventeen (17) North of Range Seven (7) West containing Forty acres.
In Witness Whereof the said George Wilkins
and Eliza Wilkins his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 7th day
of November 1872.
