This Indenture, Witnesseth, That George
Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife of Parke County, in the State of Indiana,
convey and warrant to William A. Nichols and James Moore of Parke County, in
the State of Indiana, for the sum of Seven thousand Dollars, the following real
estate, in Parke County, in the state of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the East Half of the South West
Quarter of section Twenty (20) in Township Seventeen (17) North of Range Seven
(7) West, bounded as follows - Commencing at the South East corner of said
Quarter thence West to Mill Creek thence up said creek with meanderings of the
same to the East line of said Quarter thence South Forty seven (47) poles to
place of beginning. And the South East
