     THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Amanda Taylor, a widow, of Parke county, in the State of Indiana, CONVEY AND WARRANT to James F. Williams and Mary Ada Williams, husband and wife, of Milwaukee County, in the State of Wisconsin, for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described REAL ESTATE in Parke County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
     The East Half Quarter of Section Twenty-Eight (28) Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Eight (8) West, containing Eighty (80) acres, more or less.
     The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty seven (27), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Eight (8) West, containing Forty (40) acres, more or less.  
     The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Eight (8) West, containing Twenty (20) acres, more or less.   
     IN WITNESS HEREOF The said Amanda Taylor, a widow, has hereunto set her hand and seal this 7th day of November A. D., 1942

D., 1942, personally appeared the within named Amanda Taylor, a widow, grantor in the above conveyance, and acknowledged the same to be her voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes herein mentioned.
