Be it remembered that on the 6th day of September 1847 letters of administration were granted to Leonard PHILLIPS upon all and singular the goods chattles rights credits moneys and effects which were of Samuel TAYLOR late of Orange County deceased he having given bond in the sum of Two hundred dollars conditioned according to law: with James DILLARD & Frances B. DILLARD as his security and qualified."
