Bill G. Condra

Bill Condra of El Cajon, CA passed away on April 16, 2013 at his home. He was born  July 30, 1930 near Bacon, IN to Ben and Helen Vance Condra. He married Eunice Jean Patton August 29, 1952 and she survives. He was a 1948 graduate of Paoli High School and a combat veteran of the Korean War serving with the 76th Engineering Battalion recipient of the Army Good Conduct medal, Army of Occupation Medal (Japan), one Silver and one Bronze Campaign stars, United Nations Medal, Korean Service Medal, and the Korean Presidential Unit Citation. He was a member of the VFW and a retired Teamster member working as a heavy equipment and truck mechanic. Along with his wife he is survived by his Son Larry Condra of El Paso, TX his Daughter Robin Stout of El Cajon, CA, two Granddaughters, Allison Rose Condra and Brittney Jean Stout. He is also survived by a Sister Mildred Condra Smith of Linda Vista, CA, and three Brothers Don Condra of Troy, OH, Jerry Condra of San Diego, CA, Tom Condra of Terre Haute, IN. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Helen Vance Condra and a Brother Bob and grandson Travis Benjamin Condra. Cremation was chosen and graveside rites  on May 3,2013 Burial at Miramar National Cemetery San Diego, CA  with full military rites.
