Respectfully returned to the Commissioners of Pensions, ISRAEL GRIDER, [word illegible] of Company " F " 5th Regiment Kentucky Cavalry , Volunteers, was enrolled on the 28 day of Sept., 1861, at Burkesville, for 3 years and is reported: on muster rolls from enrollment to February 29 th 1864, present March & April 1864, Sept absent left sick at Tallahassee from April 18 / 64 May , June , 1864 , private absent - cause not stated July & August , 1864 to February 28 / 65 present Mustered out with company May 3 / 65 at Louisville The records of this officer furnish no farther condition of disability .
