- p. 17: (February 4, 1839) Letters of administration upon the estate
of Thomas TILLERY, deceased, who died intestate, granted to John TILLERY,
who gave $2,000 bond. Willis LITTRELL and Benjamin CASE securities.
- p. 28: (May 8, 1839) Letters of administration upon the estate of Parthena
TILLERY issued to John TILLERY, who gave $600 bond. Benjamin CASE and John
WOLFINGTON securities.
- p. 107 (May 11, 1841) John TILLERY files inventory in estate of Thomas
TILLERY of $44.41, and in estate of Parthena TILLERY of $12.72.
- p. 126 (November 8, 1841) John TILLERY, on his own motion becomes guardian
for Charles, Alfred, Parthenia, Sally, and Nancy TILLERY, infant heirs
of Thomas TILLERY.
- p. 275 (August Term, 1844) John TILLERY ordered to execute additional
bond; Edward W. MOORE and Wm. MARLEY securities.

- p. 160 (March 1, 1848) John TILLERY recommends that the administration
of the estates of Parthena and Thomas TILLERY be blended into one. Also
files sale bill for corn and oats for $13.71.
- p. 197 (May 24, 1848) James McCRACKEN, John BAKER, and A.J. SIMPSON
are commissioned to partition the land in the estate of Thomas TILLERY
to wit: to Parthenia, Sally, Nancy, Susan, Alfred, and Charles TILLERY
one tenth part; to Angel TILLERY two tenths parts; to America COOK one
tenth part; and to John TILLERY one tenth part.
- p. 199 (May 24, 1848) The commissioners report that they "cannot
divide the lands belonging to the heirs of Thomas TILLERY decd. without
damage to the owners." The land was ordered sold.
- p. 221 (August 29, 1848) William MARLEY reports that he sold the land
of Thomas TILLERY to Alfred TILLERY for $233.00.
- p. 301 (February 27, 1849) Disbursement of estate of Parthenia and
Thomas TILLERY, balance: $218.28.

is granted to John DISHON, being waived by the widow.
- p. 507 John DISHON petitions for the sale of personal property of John
TILLERY.
- p. 534 Sale bill filed for John TILLERY estate: $198.65.
- p. 541 (January 16, 1856) Rebecca TILLERY, widow of John TILLERY vs.
Thomas, Percilla, Nancy J., Parthena, Alfred, Sarah E., and Martha A. TILLERY,
and America MOORE, wife of Thomas MOORE. (Note: Sarah has "departed
this life".) Thomas, Percilla, Nancy, Parthena, Alfred and Martha
are minors under 21. A.J. SIMPSON is appointed guardian. Land is ordered
partitioned: Rebecca 9/24ths; Thomas, Priscilla, Nancy, Parthena, Alfred,
and Martha 45/504ths each; and America and Thomas MOORE 45/504ths.
- p. 559 (January 18, 1856) Report that lands of John TILLERY cannot
be divided. Ordered sold.
- p. 591 (April 17, 1856) John DISHON reports land sold.

box:
- Bills for: shroud $1.80, gravestones $11.00, and $27.00 paid to medical
account.
- Personal property of one cow and calf sold to Perlina TILLERY for $12.05
on January 14, 1856.
- One bond, signed by John DISHON, refers to her as Julia Ann DISHON.
All other references are to Julia Ann TILLERY, and papers were located
in the T box. It is believed she never married.
