This Indenture Witnesseth That Nancy E. Wells and W. R. C. Wells her husband of Orange County in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to Edward W. Moore of Orange County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Twelve hundred Dollars, the following Real Estate, in Orange County in the State of Indiana, To-Wit: Lots Number twenty three (23) Twenty four (24) Twenty five (25) Twenty Six (26) Twenty Seven (27) Twenty Eight (28), Twenty nine (29) and Thirty (30) in the Town of Orleans, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold unto the Said Edward W. Moore and his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof: The said Nancy E. Wells and W. R. C. Wells her husband have hereunto set their hands and seals this 4th day of February A.D 1871
