Warranty Deed: Edward W. Moore, and Susanah Moore, his wife, of the County of Orange and State of Indiana Warrant and Convey unto James Scarlett the following described land to-wit: The East half of the South West quarter of the North East quarter Section Twenty three Township One North of Range Two West containing twenty acres lying and being Situated in Orange County and State of Indiana for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars Given under our hands and Seals this the 18th day of September 1869.
