Served in the reserve until discharged on 1 February 1962.Served with the 3rd Armored Division,32nd Tank Battalion Company C,1st Platoon,Combat Command "B", as a tank crewman M-47 Patton tank at Fort Knox,Kentucky and Fort Hood,Texas.Recieved tank crewman award on 19 March 1954. Other award include Army Marksman Badges for Rifle and Pistol.
