World War II Veteran.Entered service on 13 April 1942 at Louisville,Kentucky.Served with the 25th Infantry Division, 35th Infantry regiment Medical Company. Killed in Action on Guadalcanal 20 January 1943. The Regimental Medical Detachment reported him missing for two days.His body was found on 22 January 1943.Awards include the Purple Heart Medal,Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal and World War Two Victory Medal.
