Anthony James Rossano, 69, of Carmel, IN, passed away unexpectedly at 8:14 PM on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at his home of 25 years in Carmel. He was born on Thursday, March 4, 1948, in New Jersey. Anthony was a 1966 graduate of Palmyra High School in Palmyra, New Jersey. His dreams of expanding his small-town horizons were fulfilled when he was accepted to Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later worked his way up to become a senior counselor for Bosley Medical. He married Vicki Baynton on Saturday, July 20, 1991 at the Ivy House in Inglewood, CA; together the two have shared almost 30 years of wonderful memories. Anthony always had a passion for life; he was positive, resilient, and hard working. He loved life and lived it to the maximum, never having a bad day. When his wife Vicki was diagnosed with cancer, Anthony dropped everything to be with her every step of the way. For 18 months he never once left her side, taking care of her every need. His love for not only his wife, but all whom he cared about, was never questioned. He loved without boundaries and took great care of the people closest to him. Anthony will always be remembered for his loving, caring and charismatic ways. He loved big dogs, Kentucky basketball, politics and giving gifts. If you gave him your ear, he could talk for an hour. His best evenings were spent over a big steak after a long day of working on his yard, or 'working out' as he put it. He was a confident man and proud of his Italian heritage, always supporting his family and encouraging them to pursue their dreams, no matter how big. Even though he left us early, he instilled in those that knew and loved him to live each day with passion, positivity and happiness.
Loving survivors include: Wife - Vicki Rossano, Carmel, IN, Daughter - Stephanie Leeds, Lancaster, PA, Daughter - Jessica Moore, Townson Maryland, Daughter - Jacquelyn (Michael) Myles, Grand Cayman, Son - Nicholas (Jen) Rossano, Fishers, IN, Brothers - Rocco (Stephanie) Rossano, Carmel, IN, Rick Weber, Florida, and 7 Grandchildren who adored their "Pop".
