"The Pioneers: The Van Cleave Family," Vol II (Seattle, Washington, 1989) of his magnificent three volume set. I was only able to secure from him this volume and not the two others, as he had run out of copies. I would be happy to volunteer to do lookups. You can just list me as Philip Coons with my e-mail address (pcoons@iupui.edu).

Anna Titus Pennington has traced her ancestors back to the Revolutionary War patriot, Sebastian Stonebraker.  She has compiled information about her family, including old photos, birth, marriage & death records.  In researching her great-great grandfather, Jesse Titus, she discovered that there was not one, but at least three men by that name in Montgomery County, and possibly a fourth!  At least two and possibly three of the Jesse Titus' married women whose last names were Smith! Two were sister and daughters of Daniel Smith who married Christina Stonebraker, daughter of Sebastian Stonebraker.

A chapter on her maternal ancestors, includes information on Burks, Stephens and Cedars.

Her book, which will include an index, is nearly completed and should be available for sale by the end of the year.   Those interested in placing an order may contact her at annatitus42@hotmail.com.

There have been many books about Montgomery County residents published. Do you own one you would be willing to do lookups in???Karen Zach
