Carl H. Zuck, 65, 1401 west Main street who for 22 years was associated with the Leslie Colvin Construction company of Indianapolis, died Sunday morning at Culver Hospital following an emergency operation. He had been in failing health several months and critically ill since Wednesday. Born Jan 23, 1884, at Waynetown, Mr. Zuck was the son of William E. and Martha Harvey Zuck. He was married twice, first to Pearl Faunce, and on June 19, 1931, to Mrs. Daisy Henthorn McCullough of Kankakee, Ill. Mr. Zuck attended Butler University where he starred in football. He was a member of the First Christian Church and Waynetown Masonic Lodge. Surviving are the widow, a son, William E. Zuck of Anderson a brother Charles Zuck of Brookfield, a sister, Mrs. Sam Groves of Crawfordsville, a grandson, Freddie Zuck of Anderson and an aunt, Mrs. Nellie Harvey of Waynetown. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the Bright Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery. Rev. Paul E. Million will officiate.
