Funeral services for
Mrs. Ruth Naomi Zook, 50, who died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at her home, 711 East
Charles St, were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Friends Memorial Church
by Rev. William J. Sayers. Burial was in Elm Ridge Cemetery. The body was
removed to the Meeks mortuary. Surviving are the husband, Charles E. Zook; two
daughters, Mrs. Helen Maston of Auburn, Ind and Mrs. Esther Bennett of
Pendleton; two sons, John Zook or Muncie and Robert Zook, at home; the mother,
Mrs. Rosa B. Couger of Crawfordsville; five sisters, Mrs. Clara Nixon, Mrs.
Agnes Armintrout (sic), Miss Donna Couger, and Miss Christine Couger, all of
Crawfordsville and Mrs. Frances Martin of Indianapolis; three brothers, Ottis
and Paul Couger both of Crawfordsville, and Charles Couger of Indianapolis and
two grandchildren, Natice C. Maston and John Jerry Zook. - transcribed by kbz
