New Richmond News - Mrs. Mary J.
Zook died at her home here early Tuesday morning after a several weeks’
sickness caused by a complication of diseases. Mrs. Zook was well and favorably
known here having been a resident of this community for many years. She was a
member of the Methodist Church and Aid Society also the Helping Hand class
circle. She is survived by two sons, Charles and William Zook who are both
residents of this community. The funeral was held from the Methodist Church
here Wednesday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. G B Jones, the regular pastor. The
remains were then taken to Romney to be laid to rest beside her husband,
Zebulon Zook, whose death occurred several years ago. - kbz
