Funeral
services were conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Florin Funeral
Home for Clarence Zook who died last Monday night at Mercy Hospital. The Rev.
Donald S. Bourne, associate pastor of the First Congregational Church
officiated. Charles Bradley sang Abide with Me accompanied at the organ by Mrs.
WW Butcher. Casket bearers included three sons and three sons-in-law, Clarence,
Jr, Robert and Raymond Zook, Wilbert Smith, William Ewer and Eugene Bryant.
Burial was in Crystal Springs cemetery. A son, Norman Zook came from Tacoma,
Wash to attend the services and a grandson, Kenneth Zook who is stationed with
the Army in Tucson, AZ attended. Mr. Zook's daughter, Mrs. George Boozer who is
in Germany with her husband was unable to attend. - kbz
