Owen Allen ZIMMERMAN, 53, of Ladoga, died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Veterans Consolidated Hospital, Indianapolis where he had been since June 23. Mr. Zimmerman was ill with leukemia and had been in Culver Hospital in May. He was the son of Benjamin and Harriet Morrison Zimmerman. On April 7, 1933 he married Beula HAASE at Ladoga. Mr. Zimmerman' was a member of the Ladoga christian Church, the Ladoga Volunteer Fire Department and American Legion Post 324. He had been employed by the Ladoga Maintance department for the last 5 years. He is survived by his wife, two daguhters, Mrs. Betty Newlin of Mace and Mrs. Delma HIgbee Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Tom Zimmerman, US Navy stationed in Norfolk, Va aboard the uS Hummingbird and Fred Zimmerman, at home, a sister, Mrs. Merrill Mahonry of Crawfordsville; 3 grandhcildren and two nieces. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Ladoga Christian Church; Rev. James Landrum officiating . Friends may call after Wednesday afternoon at Gephart Funeral Home, Ladoga. there will be a a military service at Ladoga Cemetery. - kbz
