Sally S. Zachary, 73, 1603 Elm Street died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday at Culver Hospital where she had been a patient 3 weeks. Born in Rutherford County, Tenn the daughter of Daniel and Mary McClaren, she was married in 1914 to Guy Forest Zachary in Alabama. She and her husband moved to the Crawfordsville area from Alabama in 1918. Mrs. Zachary was a member of the First Christian Church and Ladies Guild. She was preceded in death by her husband who died in 1968, and three infant children. Survivors include three sons, James and Lloyd of Crawfordsville and Clyde of Veedersburg, two daughters, Mrs. Donald Stout of Waynetown and Mrs. Curtis Storer of Crawfordsville; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Peck of Montgomery Ala; 23 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Servies-Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Howard Miller officiating. Burial will be in Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
