Mary M. Zachary, youngest child of Milton and Elizabeth (Murray) Zachary, was born June 3, 1886. On the evening of June 22, 1905 her spirit took its flight to be with the Master who gave it. Though this life of 19 years and 19 days was a brief one, Mary has endeared herself to many and though her long, patient suffering and gentle appreciative disposition she has caused us, who have known her well, to want to be better than we would have been without her. This is a noble purpose for which to have lived and when this is accomplished her work is ended. She gave her life into her Savior's keeping and was baptized in July 1904, having always lived a pure, sweet Christian life. A devoted father and mother who have ever been ready to do the least thing for her pleasure and comfort are left to endure the loneliness of her departure from earth.
