Younker - Harold

Harold F. Younker, 53, of Evansville, died there at 12:20 p.m. Saturday in St. Mary’s Hospital . A territorial manager for Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., he was well known to dealers and other friends at Crawfordsville and in this area. Survivors include his wife, Ilene; a daughter, Mrs. Judy Barnett of Newburgh; two sons, Harold “Dick” Younker at home, and David Younker of Evansville; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Younker of Lafayette; three grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services are set for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Alexander East Funeral Chapel at Evansville, where friends may call, with rites at 10 a.m. the same day in Evansville’s Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will be at Evansville. – jlr
