Robert Walter Young died at his home in Greensburg, Friday morning at 12:30 a.m. after several months illness of complication of diseases. Funeral services at the Guion church at 2:30 on Saturday afternoon. Music was furnished by Mrs. Ray Sigler and Miss Susie Trueman. The pall bearers were Dewey Hazlett; Harvey Carty; Carl Humphreys; Owen Dooley; Cecil Angell and Will Wrightsman. Burial in Bethany Cemetery. Robert W. Young died at his home in Greensburg, Friday morning July 29. He has been in failing health for five months and death was caused by a complication of diseases. Robert W. young was born May 25, 1877 in Parke County, the son of Randall and Rebecca Carlton Young and died at the age of 55 years 2 months and 4 days. On Aug 25, 1898 he was married to Florence Heslar. TO this union 2 children were born: Clarence and Evelyn. Clarence preceded him in death Jan 14, 1918. Again he was married in July 1, 1931 to Mrs. Lucy Cline of Greensburg, who has been a faithful companion during his long sickness. He belonged to the Guin Presbyterian Church. He attended church and Sunday School as long as his health would let him. He was a member of the odd Fellows Lodge. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Evelyn, two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Heslar and Mrs. Annie Heslar, and four nieces. Those from a distance attending were Mrs. Lucy Young and daughter, RM. Jackson of Greensburg, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Carty and children of Motnezuma, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Angell of Rockville; Mrs. Mattie Boyd of Judson.
