Ernest William Young,
59, a World War II veteran, suffered a fatal heart seizure early Saturday at
his home on Rock River Road. He was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m. on arrival at
Culver Hospital. Born May 18, 1909, in Cumberland, Md., Mr. Young was the son of
Clarence and Eva Hoare Young. He was married Aug. 20, 1938, to Bertha Boeldt,
who survives. Mr. Young served with the U. S. Army in Europe in World War II.
Surviving, in addition to the widow, are his mother and a sister, Greta, both
of Akron, Ohio. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Hunt and
Son Funeral Home with Rev. John Stacy officiating. Burial, will be in Oak Hill
Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary. – jlr
