Wyatt - Sharon Kay

Fifteen-year-old Sharon Kay Wyatt, a Crawfordsville High School sophomore who resided at 502 Wayne Ave., died Friday night at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis of a rare kidney disease. She had been a patient at the hospital since Monday. Sharon Kay was the daughter of James C. and Opal Shanklin Wyatt. She was born here June 8, 1949. Surviving in addition to the parents are one brother, Cecil J. Wyatt; a grandmother, Mrs. Edith Cornell of Terre Haute; four aunts, Mrs. John Klause of Jamestown, Mrs. Ernest Shaffer of Marcus Hook, Pa., Mrs. Larry Crane of Crawfordsville and Mrs. William Hayworth of Terre Haute, and two uncles, Donald Shanklin of Florence, Ore., and Frank Shanklin of Yountsville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bright Funeral Home, with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. – jlr
