Williamson - Martha E.

Mrs. Martha E. Williamson, a widow of Rev. James Williamson, a resident of Crawfordsville for many years, died at the home of her son, William C. Williamson, 507 east 21st street, Indianapolis, Thursday evening.
She was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on July 5, 1852, and in 1875 was married to Rev. James Williamson, a graduate of Lowe Theological Seminary, of Cincinnati, Ohio; McCormick Seminary, of Chicago, and of Hanover college. Rev. Williamson preceded her in death in 1903 in Crawfordsville.
The deceased is survived by three sons, William, Robert and Louis, and one brother, W.E. Lowes, of Baltimore, Md. One other son, Hugh Williamson, died in 1918. Mrs. Williamson was a member of the First Presbyterian church of Indianapolis, and was the second regent of Dorothy Q. Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution of Crawfordsville.
Funeral services were held in Indianapolis at 10:30 o'clock Saturday and burial was made in Oak Hill cemetery in this city.
Mrs. Williamson was well known here where she often visited her son Louis Williamson and family, who resided here before going to Indianapolis. - kim h
