Funeral services for Harold Lee WILSON killed in the auto  accident Saturday night were held at Guion Presbyterian Church in  charge of Rev. WF Smith at 1 on Tuesday afternoon. The pall  bearers Everett Lyons; Parvin Hutson; Frank Hanley; John Davies  and Doland Poling were employees of the Turkey Run Inn. The  flowers were carried by Mildred Deman; Katherine Youngblood; Vera  Bowman, Lucille Rusk; Maxine Miller; Juanita Allen and Martha  Harrison, also employees at the Inn. Corta Dooley, Paul Emmert,  Mrs. Elby Emmert and Mrs. Oris Reiter sang. Burial at Strong  Cemetery. Harold is survived by his mother, Mrs. Margaret  Chasteen who is in poor health. He was well liked by a wide  circle of friends. The funeral of Eldon YATER was at the Marshall  Presbyterian Church at 3 in charge of Rev. Ray Sigler with the  same pallbearesrs and flower bearers and singers. Funeral  services for Ernest CROWDER were held at Taylorville on the same  afternoon. - transcribed by kbz
