Wilshire, Thomas N. - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

 

Thomas N. Wilshire, 82, retired Montgomery County Farmer, died  at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday in a hallway of the Ben Hurt building in  Crawfordsville. He was on his way to see an eye, ear, nose and  throat specialist when he collapsed. He had been ill three years  with a heart ailment. Born Oct 24, 1874, near Waveland, he was  the son of Joe and Mary Davis Wilshire. He was a member of the  Waveland Christian Church. Survivors include two brothers, Mert  of Waveland and Albert of Terre Haute and a sister, Mrs. Pattie  Paris, also of Terre Haute. He was preceded in death by two  brothers, Robert and George, and 3 sisters, Mrs. Mary Keller,  Mrs. Maggie Heslar and Mrs. Esther Davis. Funeral services were  to be held at 2 p.m Thursday in the Machledt Funeral Home at  Waveland, with Rev. John R. Servies officiating. Burial was to be  in the Old Union Cemtery, north of Waveland. - transcribed by kbz
