DEATH MAKES TWO CALLS IN THE WILLIAMS HOME
Mrs. Fannie Williams Succumbs to Old Age and Her Son, Thomas D. Williams, to Pneumonia--One Funeral for Both Thursday’s Daily Death made a double visitation in one home this morning, the victims being Mrs. Fannie Williams and her son, Thomas D. Williams, who resided at 1658 Rossville road. Mrs. Williams died at 3 o’clock of old age and her son at 9:30 o’clock of typhoid pneumonia. The funeral of the mother and son will be held at 10 o’clock Saturday morning from the Free Will Methodist church, Rev. Ogden to have charge of the services. Interment at Bunnell cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born December 13, 1822 in Montgomery county and for many years had resided in this city. She had been a widow for thirty years, her survivors being two sons and one daughter, W.S. Williams, of Tiosa, Ind., W.W. Williams, and Mrs. Bud Allison, of this city. Thomas D. Williams was born Feb. 8, 1857 and was unmarried. He was an expert tree trimmer and will be recalled by his industry in that line. This is the third death that has occurred in the Williams home within the past few months. Last winter a daughter of Mrs. Williams, who came her to nurse her mother, was stricken with pneumonia and died a short time after her arrival.
