Williams - Margaret Bell Elmore

Mrs. Margaret Bell Williams a resident of this city for many years died at Culver Hospital Tuesday morning at 6:30 o'clock. She had been ill for six weeks as the result of a broken hip.

Born Jan 16, 1873 at Alamo she was the daughter of Jacob and Marie Bruner Elmore.  She was married in 1893 to Fred Williams at Alamo.  Mrs. Williams was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church.

The survivors include five sons:  Warner and Charles Williams of Crawfordsville; Paul Williams of Lebanon and Walter and Dayton Williams of Waynetown; two daughters, Mrs. Gould Westfall and Mrs. Emerson McNeely both of this city; five brothers, Leslie and Ora Elmore of Alamo; Lon Elmore of Hillsboro; Charles Elmore of Mace and Ray Elmore of Crawfordsville; 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

The body was removed to the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home at Waynetown where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Guy Tremaine will be in charge. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
