Bowie, (Texas) Cross Timbers: Mrs. M. A. N. Williams, wife of Henry Williams, of this city, died at her home on Wednesday last, the 21st inst., aged 78 years. She was stricken down with a stroke of paralysis six weeks ago at her own home, alone, her husband having gone on a couple of errands for a short time, down in the city, when on returning back home he found her helpless and unable to utter a word, with one half of her system paralyzed. She was a great sufferer, and except for the first week, was only able to talk but little. -s
