There are numerous cases of very dangerous sickness and there is hardly a "well" family in the city. Bryan Williams, aged eighty years, died Saturday morning at his home near Whitesville. The funeral occurred Sunday conducted by Elder Budd Johnson and Judge Harney. Interment in the Harshbarger cemetery. Mr. Williams leaves a wife and ten grown children, one son, Stephen Williams, being dead out of a family of eleven. Six of his sons acted as pall bearers Sunday. Mr. Williams was born in North Carolina but came to this county in an early day and lived on his farm near Whitesviile nearly all his life. He was a respected citizen and dies mourned by all who knew him. - thanks to Kim H
